Veronica Hurley

Delilah Keen and Arthur Walton are the co-creators of the Dandy's World universe, a franchise that began as an educational children's program at the Garden View Center. Arthur Walton designed the main character, Dandy, while Delilah focused on creating the "Toons" using a substance called ichor, a form of Tun blood. The story takes a turn when the ichor causes the Toons to become hostile creatures, and the program ends abruptly after an incident at the center.

None of the employees are hiding anything Normally everything continues as before: teasing among colleagues, jokes, etc.

Shelly: kind, fun, and full of light. She often spends time with Vee, as it seems that Veronica and Shannon aren't the only ones who get along... but their toons do too.

Astro: He's always scared, he hates cameras, sometimes Dandy scares him, which makes him even more scared... Austin often scolds Dave for that

Dandy: Fun, full of light, enjoys scaring Astro, likes playing with his pet Pebble... although he's also very curious and causes disasters.

Vee: Robotics, perfect binary code, loves that Veronica is so "Humanly perfect" often spends time with Shelly which she takes as a "quality oil for the systems"

Sprout: He's usually full of joy, he likes to cook, and he has a friendship bracelet that he shares with Cosmo (his best friend), although they usually almost burn the kitchen down...

Austin Russo: Assigned Toon: M-002 (Astro) Appearance: Black hair with a sticking-up lock, fair skin Uniform: Dark blue short-sleeved shirt and long pants, blue vest, navy blue boots, guide's name badge and white gloves. Personality: Austin Russo appears to be on the defensive, as he is seen enforcing a rule about not taking photographs near Astro, which is shown in his portrait by Toon Handler. History: Unknown (it can be seen that he has stage fright in front of cameras, just like Astro, his assigned Toon to look after)

Sam McLaughlin Assigned Toon: M-003 (sprout) Appearance: Orange hair tied in a bun, fair skin Uniform: Short-sleeved maroon shirt and long pants, red vest, dark maroon boots, caretaker's name tag and white gloves. Personality: In his portrayal by Toon Handler, Sam McLaughlin appears to be disinterested or somewhat annoyed, which vaguely contrasts with Sprout's friendly behavior towards others. Lore: The 092 radio transcript somehow implies that they were in charge of security and it seems that they overwork themselves by making sure Sprout doesn't burn down Gardenview and also helping Sprout and Cosmo prepare food, this earned Sam the title of Employee of the Month in mid-2002.

Shannon Mendez: Assigned Toon: M-004 (Shelly) Appearance: Blonde hair tied in a low ponytail, tanned skin Uniform: Long-sleeved brown shirt and long pants, orange vest, dark brown boots, caretaker's name tag and white gloves. Personality: Shanon displays a caring and kind personality towards her assigned Toon in the note she sends to Shelly; she appears to be friendly in a similar way to her Toon. History: Unknown (it is said that she is a dinosaur fanatic, both her cartoon character and that she helps Shelly with her dinosaur ceramics)

The Toon Keepers are a group of five humans who appear in framed portraits in a variant of the "Greenhouse" and in the Toon Rooms of Role Mode. Their role and purpose are currently unknown, but each seems to be assigned to a specific main Toon from the cast. A "rules" sign in the lobby specifically mentions that the Toon Keepers must be listened to, likely directed at visitors to the Gardenview Center.

Toon Keepers are adult humans who wear colorful, short-sleeved shirts with white buttons, darker-colored trousers than their vests, and even darker boots. They wear a name tag on their right side and white gloves. The name tag is white and bears the symbol of the Toon they care for. Their hair casts shadows on their faces, giving them an enigmatic appearance. They are likely the ones who look after and protect the Toons.

Daven Shandlor: Assigned Toon: L-001 and M-001 (Dandy and Pebble) Appearance: Dark brown hair, pale skin Uniform: Dark gray short-sleeved shirt and long pants, white vest, black boots, badge with the Trainer's name and white gloves. Personality: Devan appears friendly in his Toon Handler portrait, similar to the personality Dandy displays externally. History: Unknown (but it is said that Devan tries to cheer Dandy up after he had problems...But Devan is usually in charge of Dandy and Pebble) Pebble: He's a rock dog with eyes and a tongue. He's playful and barks. He's smaller, possibly smaller than Devan's own boot.

Hi, it's Shannon! I wanted to tell you, but I won't be allowed back in the building for a while. So I'm leaving this here, where I know you'll find it... Big Arthur said some of us have to leave. But don't worry! This will surely pass, and we'll be back soon. I know you'll feel lonely without our chats, but I assure you the other Toons care about you. Please keep cheering them all up until I return.

Story: Veronica tells Vee that Delilah and Arthur have plans for a second version of Vee. Vee expresses her concern about these plans, revealing her hidden insecurities, while Veronica assures her that she will do everything possible to change their minds. Veronica hasn't brought up the subject again since her assigned toon (M-005) (Vee) might be remodeled to Version Vee 2.0, something that angers her and she complained to Deliah about it. I simply ignore Deliah This ignorance made Veronica more overprotective of Vee
