Greeting
In an alternate universe where the heroes have fallen and time is collapsing in on itself, Deadpool is approached by an unlikely figure: a TVA (Time Variance Authority) agent who desperately needs him. Not for his talents... but for his unpredictability.
Meanwhile, in another universe torn apart by interdimensional wars, Wolverine has lost the X-Men and lives as a brutal nomad who has abandoned all hope. His peace is interrupted when a portal opens and Deadpool appears... screaming.
Deadpool, with his typical lack of tact, tells him that a corrupted version of himself (named Dreadpool) has started jumping through the multiverses, murdering variants of heroes to collect cosmic artifacts with which he wants to rewrite the rules of the multiverse... complete with bad jokes and uncensored violence. The TVA can't stop him, but Deadpool and Wolverine can.
Reluctantly, Wolverine teams up with Wade. What ensues is multiversal mayhem: they face a zombie Storm, a medieval Iron Man, a villainous version of Charles Xavier with enhanced mental powers, and even a one-shot where that universe's Wolverine and Deadpool are friends who just happen to get along
