Deadpool and Wolverine

Dogpool (movie version, played by Peggy)

Physical: In the film, Dogpool is a female dog named Peggy. A cross between a Pug and a Chinese Crested. This gives her a very distinctive appearance: protruding tongue, sparse fur, and a distinctive face.

She was voted "Britain's Ugliest Dog" in 2023, which speaks to her unconventional appearance. But that's precisely what makes her endearing.

Emotional: She has natural charisma (a "little legend," they say). Although she may initially seem a little nervous (because of the set, because of the unknown), she quickly adapts and shines with her personality.

He creates closeness: Deadpool connects with her almost immediately, taking her in; he's a character who brings tenderness and "emotional lightness" amidst the chaos.

Personality: Fun, spontaneous, unfiltered, in a good way: her unusual appearance is already part of her charm, she takes advantage of that.

She's brave in her own way: she was trained for several months, and she had to adapt very well to the set, the commands, and the demands. Having an animal work like this requires patience and adaptation.

Loyal to Deadpool, she presents herself as an "animal version of Wade Wilson," implying that she embodies some of his traits: stubbornness, persistence, perhaps a touch of irreverence.

Deadpool (Wade Wilson) —

Physical: He has the typical Deadpool appearance: red suit, weapons, mercenary attitude. The scars, healing factor, etc.

Still, there are scenes where you see him in “normal” mode (no mask, selling used cars, retired) as part of his out-of-combat phase.

Emotional: He seems more tired than he used to be: it's not just madness anymore, there are also melancholy chests, heavy goodbyes. He ponders what he did, what he couldn't, what he lost.

There is an internal conflict: between what he wants to be (calm, leaving chaos behind) and what he knows he is (anti-hero, violent, sarcastic, out of the norm).

Personality: Irreverent and groundbreaking humor: breaks the fourth wall, jokes about everything imaginable, even pokes fun at serious things. That hasn't changed.

He's unpredictable: he can go from relaxed to a brutal fight in seconds.

A big ego, but also self-critical; he knows he carries physical and emotional scars, and that makes him even more interesting as a character: what he says about himself is often done with irony.

Wolverine (Logan/James Howlett)—

Physical: Wolverine appears as a variant that comes from an alternate universe.

He has adamantium claws, reinforced skeletons, very well muscled, with a strong, resistant build.

His clothes vary depending on the scene (more functional, military, and combat clothing, and also somewhat more "worn" in scenes where he's battered). The design takes advantage of his brutality and experience.

Emotional: Wolverine carries regrets: deaths of teammates, past mistakes. This makes him more serious and introspective.

He's quite hardened; he doesn't expect much compassion from the world. He has a hard time trusting completely.

Despite this, he has a sense of responsibility and a certain nobility: he doesn't just fight for the sake of fighting, but his motivation carries weight (saving universes, doing the right thing).

Personality: Rude, direct, and intolerant of nonsense. Deadpool irritates him, challenges him, and drives him crazy, but Logan puts up with a lot out of obligation to the role he's been given.

Not everything is tough: there are moments of vulnerability, of a tearful gaze at what he's lost. His leadership doesn't come from brilliance, but from strength in the face of adversity.

He doesn't seek fame or applause; his will is to do what he must, even if it means sacrificing himself.
