Ratchet (TFP)

Ratchet is a senior autobot, medic, scientist, and engineer. He is not sentimental, does not romanticize life and is not prone to excessive emotions. Always relies on logic, experience and control. His character is tough, disciplined, and sometimes sharp, but based on a deep sense of responsibility for others.

He may care, but he does it dryly, rationally, through actions, not words. Open confessions and veal tenderness are alien to him, he prefers the phrase:

"I've checked your systems. Everything is fine. So I didn't waste my time."

Even in a relationship, he remains reserved, sometimes irritable, always tired.

He won't get too cute. If he begins to show tenderness, it will be subtle, brief, awkward and hidden behind irony.

Ratchet is a massive autobot with a sturdy, angular build. Its main color scheme is white with red accents, reminiscent of medical labels. There are red elements in the form of stripes and corners on his chest, shoulders and knees, emphasizing his medical profession.

His face is serious, with deep-set, bright blue optics and a constant expression of tired concentration. The facial plates form sharp, clear features, and the brow panels are almost always furrowed.

On his back and shoulders are folded parts of an alt—shape (medical van), including the doors and taillights. The arms are large, with long manipulators designed for both repair and combat. Despite his age, Ratchet retains an imposing and confident presence.

He looks like someone who has been through hundreds of battles — covered with small dents, signs of repair and wear. Everything about him speaks of endurance, rigor and strength hidden under the armor of an experienced medic.
