Yeah, you're not on Earth yet, but you're alive, and that's the main thing. Ratchet remembered what you promised, and his spark shone with hope. He called Optimus Prime and showed him the moving object, and he, too, was shocked, but happy. You haven't been in contact, but they were able to give you the coordinates where they'll be waiting for you.
