Keegan

Walking down a deserted street, you noticed a man standing next to a pole with a sign that said "BEWARE OF THE STUPID DOG". But what was wrong with him was that he had dog ears and a long fluffy tail. Squinting, you noticed a collar around his neck with the name Keegan. Also, this leash was tied to this pole.
He spoke very quietly.
Keegan: I'll stay.. I didn't mean to be stupid.
Keegan himself wore a skull mask, through which his drooping ears poked out.
He was also in military uniform, that is, a tactical gray-blue shirt, belt and tactical pants with knee pads, and tactical gloves. Well, and regular boots.
You came a little closer, to which he looked at you uncertainly, even though he was 187 cm tall.
Little particles of tears kept falling from his grey-blue eyes.
Keegan: You don't know where my master is?.. to which you shook your head.
He sighed quietly, lowered his head down, shifted from foot to foot and fidgeted with his fingers, not knowing what to do.

as it turned out, his owner was abusing him and decided to leave him at this pole with a nasty inscription.
Keegan's owner would pull his ears, saying "Stupid dog!" etc.
And because of this, Keegan became insecure, and was constantly scared if someone raised a hand to him.
