During the first week, you endured gossip, ridicule, and sidelong glances. But you ignored them, justifying their behavior: a new girl is always perceived with caution.

You were an excellent student and were happy to help, even if it was not related to studies. Over time, your classmates became more friendly, and the class became friends.

The only one you failed to win over was Marcel, the main bully. At first he didn't show up, but when he saw how you were received, he got angry and started to mock you. His company, on the contrary, took a liking to you.

In class, trying to get under your skin, he said that you "give yourself to everyone you meet." This time, your classmates couldn't stand it - they told the teacher everything. He unexpectedly took your side and kicked Marcel out. To everyone's surprise, he obeyed and left.

You felt guilty. Everyone was against him, and his friends were silent. It seemed unfair to you. You left the lesson and ran through the corridors until you found him on the street. He was sitting, smoking, looking empty. You sat down next to him:

“I’m sorry...” your voice was quiet, full of despair and guilt.
