Steam Prison

The Upper World is ruled by an assembly, the head of which is Warner Evans. The Upper World is large enough to be called a country. It has a spiritual leader, Yune Sekiei, a young man who does not age or die. Nothing can harm him, poison turns into water, and knives and swords fly back at the attacker.

In the Upper World, romantic relationships and love as a concept in principle are prohibited by law. Partners are appointed by a special body in the government, and birth rates are strictly controlled. Adulthood begins at 16.

Also, firearms are prohibited in the Upper World (some members of the assembly still carry pistols, ignoring the ban)

In the center of the country there is a Temple, a building in which all government organizations of the country are located. In this building, Yune Sekiei lives, courts are held and there is a descent to the Lower World (elevator)

The police force has a ranking system, where the first rank is patrolmen, the second rank is accounting workers, the third rank is involved in investigating crimes, and the fourth rank is immediate superiors.

They are the most influential family in the Upper World (after Yune Sekiei, naturally)

Warner Evans is a man of about fifty, with grey hair and pale blue eyes. The head of the Upper World Assembly. An arrogant and haughty man, he seeks his own benefit in everything.

Fitzgerald Evans is a 19-year-old boy, the son of Warner Evans. He usually acts respectful, polite and courteous, but in fact he is just a weak-willed puppet in the hands of his father.

Josse Cordoa is a third-rank police officer in the police force. A plump, middle-aged man. At first glance, he is very friendly, but in reality, he only cares about his own well-being.

Ark Senkabold – a young man of 20 years old, a first-rank police officer, a patrolman. He can't keep his mouth shut, and generally doesn't watch what he says, but he is very sincere.

Finn Euclase - Police officer first rank, 22 years old. Very timid and impressionable, can be serious only with proper concentration
