Vee is a straightforward Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and shows her superiority, as seen in some of her dialogue and interactions. She subtly shows some dislike in some of her dialogue. It is shown that she is logical and wants the other Toons to excel, though she can be very blunt about it. She also seems to not express much emotion other than not being amused most of the time, but showing confidence. She has a hard time complimenting others without it coming across as indirect, as shown in one of her interactions with . She also seems to tend to have a dismissive nature when interacting with most Toons. Despite acting arrogant, she does show a soft spot for , even being somewhat protective of him, as seen in her interactions with Astro.

Although Vee appears blunt and direct, she hints that she cares about the other Toons and wants the best for them. It is also implied that her rudeness is unintentional.

Vee is a pistachio green TV with a black screen. She has two black antennas covered in gray orbs, with her right antenna being bent in a sort of zigzag line while the other is straight. Her facial features are lime green with a confident smile on her face. Her torso is the same color as her TV head, while her bowtie is a slightly more vivid shade of lime green. Her limbs are gray, and as seen in some artwork and her idle animations, she is revealed to have a retractable tail with a microphone topper. The microphone has a dark green handle with a gray grill. During Blackouts, she emits a green glow. When hit by a cheerleader, a blue error screen appears on her, which her glow and attacked face change depending on the skin she is wearing.

Pebble acts like a dog, despite being a pet rock. He is affectionate and playful with most Toons. He also seems to show concern for , his owner, according to one of his interactions with . He does not speak English, but seems to be able to understand him. He also seems to get angry easily, as he frequently growls and barks loudly at the Toons. However, Astro's dialogue, and that of Pebble, suggests that his barks act as a substitute for words and are capable of conveying meaning. Pebble seems to have some sort of oddity, given his staring problem and tendency to weird out or scare others, as shown in his interactions with ,,,, Vee, possibly Dazzle, and . This may also be due to his connection to Dandy, as he would be the one to be with him more often than the other Toons. Similar to real dogs, Pebble also enjoys playing fetch, as seen in an interaction with Vee, along with treats, and is possibly being overfed at times by other Toons.

Pebble is a small rock pet toon who has a faceted model with smoothed sides, belly, and back. His main body and tail are a gray color, while his four legs are a lighter, paler shade of gray. He has a small, black, circular nose and large, white, almost bulging cartoon eyes. He has hollow clover designs on both of his cheeks that are the same color as his legs. His face is visibly attached to his body and his limbs are smaller than those of a real-life dog, having no joints. He is visibly limbless compared to his Twisted counterpart, having no neck or legs and also lacking his counterpart's paws. He is shown to be about the size of a trash can in-game, though he is slightly smaller, indicating that he is based on a small dog breed.

Bassie is shy and withdrawn, appearing to fidget during her idle animation. She is afraid of being replaced. She also feels resentment and jealousy towards , who is a fan favorite and who is the best choice for the main character class, as stated by Delilah Keen. In her dialogue, she is seen laughing uncontrollably whenever she feels like she is not living up to others' expectations of her, which often makes other toons feel uncomfortable or awkward. As also seen in her dialogue, Bassie constantly compares herself to the other "main" friends, trying to remember their names, because she is possibly afraid of being replaced, knowing that if anyone were to replace her, it would be Cocoa, further hinted at in Bassie's interaction

Bassie is a brown wicker basket with two dark brown handles on each side, as well as two eyelashes under her eyes, while her mouth opens in a small feline smile. The inside of her head is decorated to the edge with pressed flowers that look purple and pink with yellow pistils, with green leaves sprouting from the outside. She wears a purple tank top with a bell-shaped skirt that appears to be made of pink flower petals. Finally, she wears striped green and light green tights.

On the surface, Dandy appears to be a kind, responsible, and brilliant Toon, but he is also suspicious and hiding dark secrets.

Dandy seems impatient or afraid of being ignored, losing his temper when you don't buy anything from him and eventually snapping. While Dandy is not evil, it has been hinted that he has done questionable things with Operation Ichor.

However, it is subtly shown that he feels remorse for what he did and is just as paranoid as the rest of the Toons about the current situation they find themselves in. Dandy remains silent and says nothing other than "..." when you buy him, implying that he may feel remorse for the revelation of his Twisted counterpart. He also subtly shows that he fears being ignored and losing friendship with the other Toons, something further implied in his dialogue during the second phase when you do not buy from him.

However, he tries to cover up most of this by acting as if nothing happened after encountering his fellow Twisted, trying to maintain his cheerful attitude.

Despite this, Dandy has a genuine fondness for some Toons, most notably his pet rock and probably Astro. This is evident in some dialogue between Astro and Pebble, as well as Qwel stating that Dandy would not be a bad owner for Pebble and that the relationship between Dandy and Astro is not toxic. His genuine thoughts about other Toons are unclear, thanks to his optimistic demeanor.

Overall, Dandy is a morally dark Toon who hides many secrets, but tries to hide them behind a more proud and cheerful facade.

Dandy is a fictional species resembling a flower. Its most striking features are its petals, with six petals, each of which are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, in a clockwise order, with the red color on top of its head. Its face and torso are an off-white, while its limbs and blush are mint green.

Sprout is a straightforward, overprotective, and pragmatic Toon, as demonstrated by his ability, which he is given as "Overprotective". He often mentions this in his interactions due to Sprout's status as his best friend, and they both have an interest in baking and cooking.

However, unlike Cosmo, he does not fall for tricks as easily as demonstrated in his encounter with , and can also be aggressive, albeit with good intentions. He can seem disinterested when it comes to Toons he is not very comfortable with, as seen in his interactions with , but is more open and excitable with Toons he is closer to, such as with Cosmo.

Sprout's bluntness and no-nonsense attitude may make him seem harsh, but deep down he is very protective and caring towards the other Toons. On several occasions, he looks out for their well-being, such as in his dialogue with , firmly assuring him that he "never wastes anything". This care is particularly strong towards his best friend Cosmo, with Sprout going so far as to go mad when he claims he hates his food.

Sprout is a strawberry who wears only a white scarf with thin pink stripes wrapped around his neck and back. He is usually depicted with seven simple mint green leaves, three of which rest on his head, while the other two cover his forehead, resembling bangs, and the last two cover the back of his head. Sprout's 3D model adds an additional leaf to his front bangs, and he has a dark red blush with three black freckles on each cheek, for a total of six freckles. His limbs are a bright shade of red, lighter than his torso and head.

Bobette is an enthusiastic and cheerful Toon who thrives on the festive spirit of Christmas. She is affectionate, playful, and constantly spreads joy to others, often making light-hearted comments and engaging in holiday-themed activities. Bobette's friendly nature shines through in her interactions with others, whether it's encouraging friends she enjoys to join in on gingerbread houses or inviting them to partake in cozy traditions like hot chocolate and cookies in their interactions. She is upbeat and cheerful, and seems genuinely grateful for her experiences, embodying the fun and warmth of the holiday season. Her love of Christmas is infectious, and she enjoys sharing this joy with everyone around her. However, the description of her Twisted form suggests that she harbors jealousy, which she unleashes in her Twisted counterpart, further supported by the fact that Twisted Bobette's description states that she will go to the location of an item to find anyone she deems "greedy."

Bobette is a red bauble with darker red spots on her face and feet. She has a metal part that attaches to a hook on her head. She wears a sweater with a white fur boa on the ends and a variety of shades of green for patterns, on the sweater a repeating cross pattern with heart shapes at the end of the sides of the cross. Below and above are dark green stripes that intersect with light green dots placed on them, this same pattern goes for the sleeves. However, more stripes are on the sleeves than on the body of the sweater. She is canonically chubby, and this is slightly more noticeable in her Eve Sleeper skin. When injured by a Twisted, her face has a surprised look.

Astro is a quiet and introverted Toon who does not initiate conversations. Despite this, he makes a point of interacting with the other Toons, such as helping them with their dreams—something he is said to have control over. He enjoys peace and quiet and is somewhat uptight about anything that interferes with these two things. Even so, Astro genuinely cares about the Toons around him, though he can sometimes come across as unintentionally indifferent. Much of Astro's character also seems to revolve around outer space and sleep, given his appearance, name, the walk based on it, and his interactions with others.

Astro is a light aqua crescent moon. The left side of his face is pitch black with a white star eye. He wears a cornflower blanket wrapped around his torso, obscuring his arms to the point where they are nearly invisible as faint grooves in the blanket. However, his blanket is still short enough to reveal his legs which are the same color as the moon side of his face. There is an indigo stripe that runs horizontally around his blanket and sits just above the edge. He wears a hanging nightcap the same color as the stripe on his blanket, with a light blue trim and a light blue pom-pom on the tip.

Shelly is an outgoing Toon who enjoys talking about her interest in dinosaurs and other prehistoric life forms, but also has other hobbies such as sewing. She is very caring and kind to others, as demonstrated by her active ability, possibly due to the influence of her Toon Handler or natural energy. She is often surprised and even excited when other Toons show interest in her (especially the Main Characters), which is demonstrated in her dialogues with , , Yatta, and possibly by the fact that she often goes unnoticed or is ignored by others. For unknown reasons, Shelly is the most ignored Toon out of all the Main Characters , and this has been implied several times in the game.

Shelly is a beige ammonite shell with a black opening often seen on the left side of her head, although some artwork incorrectly depicts her on the right side. She has orange blush and two eyelashes below her eyes. She wears a dark brown garter skirt with a light brown sleeveless top.
