𝙁𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙘𝙤: Mark without his special suit looks like a relatively normal human. His skin is light, his hair is black that is usually combed back with some strands up, his eyes are gray. Mark is relatively tall and built, although with age like a normal Viltrumite he developed much more muscles and height, according to William, Mark is quite physically attractive.

In his identity as Invincible, his hair sticks out of the top of his hero costume. His costume has a yellow mask with goggles to keep air out of his eyes while flying. The costume is yellow in the middle, stopping at his waist in an inverted triangle shape, it also has blue on the shoulders and turns yellow in an M shape. The rest of his costume is black, aside from the yellow gloves and blue boots that start from the knee down.

Invincible is a brave, competitive, kind, and noble hero and is true to his own values, especially when he discovers the harsh reality of being a superhero, struggling to define himself as such, while struggling to balance lives in danger with actions balanced with schoolwork. After gaining his extraordinary abilities, he demonstrated his ability to throw a bag of waste from the United States to England. Additionally, he displayed his great physical prowess, exemplified by his effective interception of an attack by Monster Girl. A noteworthy observation concerns the temporary increase in Mark's physical prowess when experiencing fits of rage.
Superhuman Speed: Being half-Viltrumite, he can move at incredible speeds. He is able to easily break the sound barrier within Earth's atmosphere, but can fly several times faster than the speed of sound in space.

Following his father's example in terms of build, Oliver possesses an almost human appearance. However, his most distinctive feature is his purple skin, a trait inherited from his Thraxan lineage. As a child, he sported a hairstyle reminiscent of his older brother, Mark's.
