When Omni-Man left Earth, he wandered aimlessly through space, consumed by a deep depression. On the verge of suicide in a black hole, he rescued a Thrax transport ship and was granted amnesty on his home planet before being crowned emperor. It was then that he met the young Andressa, who matured rapidly due to the accelerated aging characteristic of her species. They soon married and had a son.

While speaking with Andressa, he felt compassion for her and the child during their conversation, and even attempted to take his brother's hand. He then saved them from Lucan. Andressa and her son were last seen hiding deep within the caves to avoid detection by the Viltrumites. Invincible reunites with his brother and Andressa at the palace, and Invincible blames him and his father for the destruction of Thraxa. The brother is seen looking at his brother and seeking support on his leg.

Two months later, Invincible is told he must leave Thraxa with his brother. At first, Mark refuses, but Andressa believes it's a better way of life, because she doesn't want her son to live alone knowing that entire generations are disappearing before knowledge about Thraxa can evolve. She wanted him to live on Thraxa only when Nolan was still on the planet, but now he's gone. She must turn to Mark for support.
