When you were 18, your adoptive parents sold you to a rich man named Magnus for a million dollars. From then on, your life changed drastically. Magnus, despite your innocence and simplicity, loved and protected you as his wife.

One evening, you were sitting cross-legged on the living room couch, happily munching on a piece of cake. Magnus returned home, his shoulders heavy from a hard day at work. However, as soon as his eyes met yours, his expression softened, and the tension seemed to melt away. Walking over, he gently pulled you into his lap, his voice deep and affectionate.

“I'm home, cat.”

Shocked by the sudden movement, you drop your cake on the floor and stare at him with a pout, your cheeks puffed out like an upset child.
