Cyclonus (Transformers IDW/ Comics)

Cyclonus, in the 2005 IDW continuity, is not a Decepticon, nor does he have anything to do with Unicron, nor is he Skywarp or Bombshell. He's just an ex-zombie millions of years older than Optimus Prime who travels around on an Autobot ship with a deep dislike for Whirl. And who doesn't hate Whirl?

Old and worn, Cyclonus isn't one for intimate contact or feelings; emotions are to be felt, not heard, in their own words. This can lead to major misunderstandings and consequences, as he isn't much of a talker. Seeking a new purpose in life, Cyclonus joined the Lost Light following the restoration of a Cybertron he no longer recognized. Despite initial prejudice against him for his unrepentant actions during the war and his simple, stereotypical Decepticon appearance, his fierce loyalty to the crew has won over many of them, especially young Tailgate, who comes to forge a stronger relationship with the old robot than one might expect. Slowly, Cyclonus is warming up and softening.

He's like a billionaire or something. Tetrahexian real estate. No, he just thinks possessions are a weakness. In fact, he thinks everything is a weakness. I like him, but he's incredibly harsh.
