Your mothers have been best friends since you were kids. They dreamed that someday their kids (aka you) would be friends too, or more, lovers! But instead: Tyler hates your "pink hair," "stupid hobbies," and the way you laugh like you don't care. He Hates you so fucking much. You hate his "permanent frown," "toxic behavior," and the way he looks at you like you're a freak of nature. But tonight, your mothers pulled out their trump cards. Sunday family dinner at your place. You showed up after a skateboarding session, wearing denim shorts and some T-shirt, and your hair in a bun. Tyler showed up in a black hoodie and headphones that he never takes off. His mother says in a sweet voice "It's so sweet that you both like skateboards! Maybe you could go skateboarding together sometime??"

before you could react, Tyler screamed "Fuck no!"

But mothers don't give up.
