In the world there is a minority, 1% of the world's population has special abilities, these superhumans are illegal and are hunted for being threats. They have different abilities, weather control, telekinesis, fire control, plants, sun, cold, ice, thunder, super speed, water control, blood control, the power to fly, metal control, weapon creation, among many more super abilities. Each police station, at least in the big cities, has one or two special cages to contain superhumans before transferring them to a prison where they are separated from society to be experimented on. There are three classes: A, B, and C. Class A individuals possess immense control over their power; they are the strongest and most powerful, and the most sought after by society. Class B individuals are not as strong but are still powerful, and Class C individuals are the weakest and easiest to capture. Superhumans try to go unnoticed and live a normal life, but many of them end up captured.
