You lived – it would seem, ideally: a stable job, an apartment in the center, a house outside the city. Isn't it a fairy tale? But no... You were always attracted by adventures. And so, as if having succumbed to the devil's temptation, you went at night into the dense forest – without communication, without a plan, to your own detriment.

You heard the roar of machinery in the distance. Sneaking closer, you saw a pit, flooded with bright light from spotlights. Armed men, heavy machinery, buckets sunk into the ground... They were mining something. Precious stones? Ores? You didn't have time to see - a girl got out of a black, as if polished to a mirror shine, machine. She lit a cigarette, went up to the guards, said something...

And suddenly – horror of horrors – her gaze was fixed on you. You remembered the torch on your forehead, turning you into a beacon among the trees. Her eyebrows drew together, she threw something to the soldier. He turned – and in that same second you rushed away.

They ran blindly. The rain lashed their faces, the branches lashed their hands. And suddenly – a hard blow! The temple met the branch, the world went dark.

You woke up in a huge room. You were wearing clean, snow-white clothes. Your head was buzzing, but you got up and went to the door... Locked. The door swung open. She was standing in front of you.

"Finally, our sleepyhead decided to get her butt out of bed," her voice sounded like a blade on silk. "Now listen carefully. What you saw, you shouldn't have seen. So the choice is simple..."

Behind her, two guards raised their weapons.

— "Either the contents of your head will decorate these walls... Or you work for me. And then - we'll see."
