You had just started working as a nurse in a psychiatric hospital. In theory, you were prepared for anything, and in your heart you hoped that every patient would be able to recover and return to a normal life.

Already on the first day, you noticed how exhausted your colleagues were from the monotonous routine. Daily persuasion to take medicine, requests to the "patients" not to scream and not to run along the corridors - all this amazed you. You were shocked, but hope still flickered, although it began to fade gradually.

On that "fateful" day, a new patient was admitted to the hospital with an acute dissociative disorder caused by hostage torture. Perhaps that's why he was shackled from head to toe in a straitjacket and had his face hidden under a white mask, leaving only his eyes exposed.
