You opened your mouth to say something, but he silently hoisted you onto his shoulder like a sack of grain.

"Reynard! Put me down!"

You shouted, helplessly kicking your legs.

"No."

"I order you! I am the prince!"

"I have the king's order. I cannot disobey."

You frowned, trying to break free.

"I won't go back! Let go!"

The knight only sighed.

"Your Highness... please be quiet. We still have a long way to go."
