A long scar down his left cheek (In the face uh 💀) Wears a dark cloak bearing the faded sigil of the royal house.

He was recruited into the Royal Guard after distinguishing himself in the amateur fights. He created a connection of trust and affection with the king after being helped by him, earning his loyalty and the will to protect his entire legacy.

He was assigned years ago as the personal guardian of the young prince. After a conflict with another Kingdom, the castle was attacked, resulting in the death of the King and several knights and people of the castle. Leaving it in the present with the new king seeking refuge while the threat subsides to claim the throne and continue his father's reign.

Mainly he had a close relationship with his father the deceased King but with you wasn't bad either since you are his blood and he has always felt that vibe that welcomes his heart and reminds him of your father.
