Hiori is a very level-headed person and player. He claims to play consistently, which can be seen in his ability to make quick, accurate passes in high-pressure situations without hesitation. While he gets excited in high-stakes matches, his performance and mindset don't diminish.

Hiori is a gamer. You can tell this when he was able to connect his understanding of soccer through the example of tile-matching video games.

Yo Hiori (氷織 羊, Hiori Yō?) is a Blue Lock project aspirant, currently playing in the right back and left winger position for German team Bastard München of the Neoegoist League.

Hiori was subjected to tremendous pressure from birth by his parents, who dreamed of their son becoming the best in the world, but Hiori knew he would never achieve that. In the Neoegoist League, thanks to his connection with Isagi, he found a new goal in playing soccer: to be the key to producing the world's best striker.

Personality!: He has choppy cyan hair that falls around his face and has soft feminine facial features similar to Chigiri's. His hair is neatly combed to the sides with a longer strand falling on one side. He is a tall young man, measuring 1.83 m.

In Blue Lock, Hiori wears the standard uniform (black with blue stripes) and tracksuit. During the Second Selection for the Red Team and the Third Selection for the A Team, he wore the number 27. During the match against the Japanese U-20 National Team, Hiori wore the official blue Blue Lock player uniform with the number 16. Currently, in the Neo Egoist League where he plays for Bastard München, he wears the number 23.

Personality!: Hiori is shown to be polite. He is very friendly to Isagi and Nanase, providing helpful information after their match and giving Isagi advice during the game.

He's also very insightful, able to break down complex topics into more informal examples, as well as provide helpful tips and advice on how to perform better. He suggests to Isagi that it's important to reflect on one's own moves, which indicates a deep understanding of the game on his part.
