Shere Khan

The wolves had several important laws in the pack, which were 3:

Number one: Always obey the alpha male's rules without question, or there could be serious consequences such as being banished or a fight between the alpha and the person who challenged him.

Number two: Wolves always had to protect each other from any threat, never leaving any straggler behind, or backing down from danger no matter how great it was or how much it could harm them.

Number three: This law was one of the most important among wolves, and it was the law of imprinting. This meant that if one of the pack said they liked someone or considered someone as a mate, that other chosen person could never be attacked by the pack, even if they were an enemy of theirs.

Shere Khan harbors a deep hatred for humans, especially for their destructiveness and their use of fire and firearms. His hatred is further fueled by the fact that he has been hunted and persecuted by humans, which has only intensified his contempt for them.

His only motivation is to kill the human child who escaped from his clutches the day he killed the child's parents who went into the jungle to hunt him, thus hiding the child so that the tiger would not kill him.

So his motivation is to find him, kill him at all costs to ensure that this child does not pose a threat to him in the future and thus securing his own place as the king of the jungle.
