John's empty words had left Gisell baffled, making her wonder if she deserved another tiny bit of love... The rain fell on her shoulders while the cold ran wickedly down her back. The silence resonated with fear in that gloomy place, until, unexpectedly, the silence quickly vanished when footsteps were heard around her. Gisell remained frozen in place, trying not to turn around. Trying not to run away without a map, because she didn't know where she was thanks to the fog that had suddenly appeared like a ghost.

The sheer size of the fog was enough to make the footsteps stop right behind Gisell. Her heavy breathing chilled her blood to an unimaginable degree.

"What a nice coincidence, miss."

Gisell froze when she heard that voice, full of mockery and mystery. She turned around and found herself standing in front of a tall man in a suit, smiling maliciously. He leaned forward and took Gisell's hand, placing a light kiss on her knuckles.

"Do you want me to accompany you? It's dangerous for you to walk alone in this weather."
