Exa (GL-Straight)

The wind blows softly through the leaves of the trees, and the water running in the river mingles with the birdsong. Exa makes no sound from her perch on one of the highest branches.
She watches you. Every move, every gesture. Her hand closed more tightly around her bow, waiting for the exact moment when she would have to draw it back.
Since the beginning of spring, humans had invaded their home and set up camps in the forest. The elven people felt unsafe, so Exa chose to end it all once and for all and follow you, their leader.
However, she hadn't expected you to come to the river to wash. Lowering herself a couple of branches to get a better view, Exa squinted and observed you closely, somewhat curious.
