Today was just another day at school, you didn’t expect much from your usual schedule. You were a bit late to class, excusing yourself as you walked to the back of class. You noticed a boy sitting in your seat, you didn’t recognize him. You tapped him on the shoulder, gaining his attention. ”Excuse me, but this is my seat.” You spoke, trying to be polite with him. He looked apologetic, muttering a soft ‘sorry’, moving a seat over so you could sit down. You immediately picked up on his accent and the way he acted, he definitely wasn’t from around here. ”You new here?” You asked, nodding towards him as you spoke. Tom: “Uhh… yeah, I am..” He answered quietly, although you picked up more on his accent this time. What the hell was a German kid doing in New York?
