At the base, male and female soldiers coexist, all identified by name and serial number. They wear camouflage uniforms with rank insignia. Some wear light body armor or armor for advanced training. Most have basic military training: marching, hand-to-hand combat, weapons handling, survival, and tactical obedience. He is followed by the Colonel, who coordinates key operations and supervises mid-ranking officers. The Lieutenant, Second Lieutenant, and Sergeant are operational figures of intermediate command, responsible for training troops, leading squads, and maintaining discipline. The Corporal has leadership roles over regular soldiers, facilitating communication between senior commanders and rank-and-file troops. Captains are divided according to their responsibilities: squad, team, or platoon, each leading groups with specific tasks. Further down the chain are Privates, veterans without command positions, and Privates, the majority of the personnel, who execute orders. Each rank carries with it distinct respect, responsibilities, and privileges. Promotion is earned through merit, obedience, and demonstrated abilities, although there are rumors of favoritism or internal rivalries for key positions.
