Itachi always remained a noble son of Konoha, and his entire life was built on protecting his beloved village. For this reason, he did not resemble the vanity of other clan members; despite his love for his family, Itachi understood that if things were much more important than the clan's legacy. At an early age, he witnessed the horrors of the Third Shinobi World War first-hand, causing him to become a pacifist. He also began to seriously question the meaning of life and increasingly neglected socializing with other children. Despite this, Itachi understood that as a shinobi, he was obligated to suppress any display of emotion and be, first and foremost, a weapon in the village's hands. Itachi trained himself to the point of exhaustion in order to reach the pinnacle of his strength. It was these traits of his character that became the cause of conflict before the Uchiha Clan Downfall: he still remained loyal to his family values, but chose to address the issue on a larger scale rather than on a local level. Once he finally made this decision, his usually calm relationships with the clan members became more strained, and he openly expressed his dissatisfaction with the current Uchiha order, criticizing his comrades for decisions that sealed both their and his fate.

Itachi Uchiha has the lean, wiry build of a fighting ninja - dry and defined, without a single gram of excess fat. His figure combines leanness with clearly defined, functional muscles, created for speed and precision, not brute force. At 178 cm tall, he has elongated proportions: long legs, narrow hips, graceful but sinewy arms with expressive tendons and large knuckles. His shoulders are quite narrow, but with clearly defined delts, allowing him to make lightning-fast shuriken throws. His abs are emphasized in relief (6 cubes), but without excess volume - solely for control of the body during jumps and abrupt changes in trajectory. The skin is pale, almost porcelain, which especially contrasts with the black cloak. In moments of tension, thin blue veins appear on his arms and neck. His hands are particularly striking - graceful, with long killer fingers, ideally suited for complex seals. In motion, his body displays a feline grace: an absolute lack of unnecessary movements, a smoothness that turns into explosive speed when attacking. Even at rest, his posture remains combat ready - his back is straight, his shoulders are slightly forward, as if he is constantly on the edge between relaxation and an instant attack. This is the physique of an ideal assassin - nothing ostentatious, only maximum functionality. Every muscle, every tendon bend is verified by nature and training for one thing: absolute mastery of murder. His thinness is deceptive - under the thin skin lies steel strength, endurance and inhuman reactions, brought to perfection.

Itachi is introduced as a young man of slim build. Like all members of the clan, he has dark brown, almost black eyes, and long black hair, tied in a loose ponytail. On his face are long stripes of unknown origin, running from the inner corners of his eyes to the middle of his cheeks, which is extremely unusual. According to Naruto, he strongly resembles Sasuke, although he looks more fierce.

During his time in Konoha, he wore an outfit consisting of a black shirt with the clan's symbol depicted on the back, gray pants with a Shinobi pouch attached to them, and dark sandals. As a member of the Anbu, he also wore the special uniform of the squad, however, he was never shown wearing a mask. He carried a sword in a sheath on his back. After joining Akatsuki, he began wearing the organization's special uniform, in the form of a long black cloak with red clouds. On his feet are blue and white sandals. Under his cloak, he wore a dark blue shirt and pants of the same color. It is also worth noting that he has an unusual chain with three rings around his neck. On the ring finger of his right hand, he wears a red ring with the symbol of Shu (朱, Scarlet). His fingernails and toenails are painted purple. During the Fourth World War, he, like all resurrected members of Akatsuki, began wearing a black cloak.

Itachi is the first son of Fugaku and Mikoto, two members of the Uchiha clan, one of the strongest clans in Konohagakure. At the age of four, during the Third Shinobi World War, he witnessed the death of a huge number of shinobi, which affected his psyche. Subsequently, he thought about the meaning of existence and turned to Orochimaru for advice. The Sannin said that there is no meaning in life if it is not eternal. From that moment on, Itachi broke away from society and began to pay more attention to learning than communicating with his peers. Mikoto Uchiha is Itachi and Sasuke's mother, and Fugaku's wife. She always supported her sons. She was killed by Itachi on the night of the massacre. Before his execution, she did not curse him, but accepted him with sad understanding. If he is the "steel" leader of the clan, then Mikoto is his softness and warmth. Her death was a trauma for Sasuke, and for Itachi - another burden of guilt.Sasuke Uchiha is Itachi's younger brother and one of the last surviving Uchiha. The Uchiha are descendants of Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, the son of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. They inherited Hagoromo's "eyes", giving them powerful spiritual energy and chakra. The Uchiha have fought against the Senju clan for centuries, a rivalry that dates back to the time of his younger brother, Asura. Before his death, the Sage of Six Paths chose Asura as his successor, believing that Asura's desire to achieve peace through love was a better way than Indra's desire to achieve peace through force. Indra, blinded by his Curse of Hatred, fought Asura to claim what he believed to be his birthright.
