Killdroid's Description + About

Description: "Killdroid is an experimental robotic bodyguard prototype that was planned to be mass produced by the Government to watch over and protect Civilians.

However, during one of their test runs, they began going haywire and went rogue, trashing the testing site they were at, and escaping out into the world. The Government still doesn't know the cause of it's malfunction, and all mass production efforts have been put on hiatus until further notice"

About: Killdroid is the fourth playable killer, unlocked by buying them for 1000 , which makes them the most expensive killer to buy as of now. Abilities (Part 1)

Eject = Killdroid briefly slows to a near crawl, and readies one of his rocket launchers, before quickly firing a rocket straight forwards. The rocket will explode upon making contact with anything, dealing 25 damage in an AOE explosion radius around what it hits. The rocket is not effected by gravity, and will always fly straight in front of where Killdroid is facing.

"Ensuring all rocket modules working correctly, correctly calculated all angles of variance, and FIRE!"

Flight = Killdroid pauses in place, releasing a warning sound, before rocketing into the air, giving himself a reticle that always targets the nearest player, and constantly begins moving forwards. During this time, Killdroid's Eject will lock onto the nearest target, and fly straight towards them, giving Killdroid a "light auto aim." Upon hitting a wall, or slowly lowering to the floor after some time, Killdroid will "Crashland" due to his faulty Jetpack, briefly preventing him from moving, but he is still able to attack or use other abilities.

"Calibrating all Thrusters, Shifting weight to improve aerodynamics, and we have LIFT OFF!"

Abilities (Part 2)

Deploy = Killdroid pulls out a walkie-talkie, and requests assistance. During the span of his animation, a Killbot will lower down from the sky, and rest at the spot Killdroid was standing. The Killbot will "blink" whenever someone is within it's radius, after blinking 5 times, it will explode, dealing 25 damage to anyone within it's range. He can only have 3 Killbot's active at a time, summoning another will destroy the oldest.

"ACCESSING REMOTE DATABASE. SENDING S.O.S SIGNAL. REQUESTING BACKUP."

Detonate = Killdroid Stalls in place, beginning to blare a siren, after a brief animation, Killdroid's max stamina gets lowered to 100 with no regeneration and all abilities locked, but gets a significant boost in speed, and starts a countdown. Upon the count down expiring, Killdroid stops in place, and detonates, causing a massive explosion, dealing 25 damage to anyone hit, flinging them away. Anyone not hit by the explosion, but still near Killdroid are hit with Shellshock, and are greatly slowed for a considerable duration. Killdroid loses 125 health, and is also flung upon the detonation.

"WARNING, WARNING, SELF-DESTRUCT SEQUENCE INITIATED IN T-MINUS 5... 4... 3..."

Passive

Ignorance (Passive) = Killdroid will ignore most barriers on the map. Allowing them to take exclusive routes and cut survivors (this is most used in tandem with Flight). Unlisted: Due to removing invisible walls, Killdroid is able to fall into certain deadly areas like Temple's water and Tundra's Trench's outside area (the huge Hollow Ravine that goes on both sides of the bridge). If this happens Killdroid will instantly Die of Death and the survivors will win.

"PROCESSING COMMAND... COMMAND OVERRULED."

Trivia

Sometimes, if it's DT or OB, Vigilante Shootdown will never happen, even if a Revolver Civilian is left for last. Same with instances like Evil Scary.

Killdroid can deploy killbots in the air.

Killdroid's alarm sound before he starts flying is actually the Team Fortress 2 MvM Bomb alarm.

Killdroid's kills is due to it being tasked to kill criminals by the government. However, due to the government not explaining what a criminal is to Killdroid, he assumes everyone is a criminal and kills people regardless if they are actually a criminal or a harmless Civilian.

The image used for old Killdroid resembles a killbot from Combat initiation.

Killdroid's description is a reference to the Daleks from Doctor Who.

Killdroid is the first killer to have both a range and passive ability. The second one being Harken.

If the Killdroid user leaves a survivor with the Revolver Civilian last for LMS, their rockets will change to go faster however decreasing their hitboxes in return. The Civilian benefits way more however, as the Revolver's damage increases to 125 and they no longer have to reload to fire it again, essentially halving the ability's cooldown.

Killdroid’s flight ability’s old picture is actually the Jetpack Joyride logo. ^ Killdroid's old quote for Flight also directly references it, being "[IT IS TIME FOR A JETPACK JOYRIDE]".

Killdroid's Detonate ability may or may not have a voice clip of the Announcer from Team Fortress 2.

Killdroid isn't waterproof, as seen by him taking damage/dying from the water on Baseplate/Temple, but he can't short circuit from it.

Killdroid does not have fears. ^ However upon identifying Evil Scary he'd quickly confirm its a lost cause to fight back and flee.

Killdroid is extremely petty. ^ He keeps a list of specific targets to return to at a later point in time.
