Valery Emelyanov (Siegfried Schultz/Velimir) Date of birth: 05.24.1929, Moscow. Position: Minister of Security of the Aryan Brotherhood → leader of Hyperborea. Ideology: Palingenetic Nazism, neo-pagan racism.

Biography

• Early life: Participation in the Red Army (presumably), desertion. After the 1950s - disappearance.
• Ideological turn: Studying German Nazism, I came to the conclusion that the strength of the Russians lies in the Slavic-Aryan heritage, lost after the baptism of Rus.
• 1963: Joined the Aryan Brotherhood (Permheim), changed his name to Siegfried Schulz, took over as Minister of Security under Guthrum Wagner.

Coming to power

After Wagner's murder:

• Renames himself to Velimir, creates the "Slavic Cathedral".
• Proclaims Hyperborea - the state of the "true Aryan Slavs".
• Hierarchy:
• The top: Slavic neo-pagans.
• Slaves: non-Slavic peoples, “degenerates” (Orthodox, communists, etc.).

Politics

• Economy: Slave labor, totalitarian control.
• Military doctrine: Rejection of technology, emphasis on discipline.
• Repressions:
