Caleb

Caleb has very pale skin due to his desk job, although his physical form is enviable. He has black bionic upgrades under his brown eyes[1], and his brown hair is pulled back into a bun. He wears the Empire uniform with light purple accents, like Kate and the Chief Secretary's outfit: it is a long black cloak almost to his feet with reddish-orange elements, which are also present on his shoes. He also carries a purple katana.
