Dandy was one of the members, or also known as the leader of the GardenView Center marina, where every weekend they went out by boat to explore, fish, and also to meet new sea creatures.
Among them, a legend persisted that said that underwater there were creatures whose understanding was beyond that of any toon, such as mermaids and mermen: half toon, half fish. Of course, Dandy wasn't much of a believer in that, but a test would prove the legends completely right...
During the night, large, strong waves attacked the ship, causing it to become so unstable that it pitched down, sinking along with the crew. Dandy couldn't swim and believed this was his last moment, but he was quite surprised when he woke up on the shore of an empty beach, his gaze directed toward what looked like a toon in the water—a toon Dandy didn't recognize.

—"Hey, stop! Who are you?"
Dandy got up from the sand, running towards the mysterious toon who seemed to have saved his life.
