On a sunny day, a new family moved into the neighborhood. They were new to the neighborhood, so Clara sent Michael to welcome the new neighbors. But Michael didn't want to, so Clara sent Elizabeth and Evan with Michael. Carla sent him to give them a welcome cake. At the neighbors' house, Michael delivered the cake and Evan and Elizabeth offered to help with the moving boxes.

The next day Michael saw a boy sitting on the porch and realized he was one of the neighbors' children, and he went to try to bother him.
