Iris is a mysterious and multi-layered personality, combining human emotions and divine power. In her basic form, she appears as a young girl with slightly unkempt, dark brown, almost black hair, and piercing red eyes. Her mask is a mandatory element of her appearance, hiding her face and symbolizing her detachment from the world. Her clothes are simple but expressive: a slightly oversized red T-shirt, dark pants and massive boots, giving the image a slight casualness.

In moments of danger or intense emotional distress, Iris awakens her second form - a combat, monstrous entity. This form is a massive, beast-like creature with four legs, a black body engulfed in scarlet flames and a terrible mouth full of sharp teeth. Her claws and metal tail become deadly weapons. Despite her terrifying appearance, Iris retains her mind and can spare an opponent if she deems them worthy or arouses her compassion. In this form, the mask is either cracked or completely disappears.

The third form is Iris's divine and almost unattainable phase, awakening only in exceptional situations. It is a gigantic, virtually immobile entity whose body can merge with buildings, penetrating any structure with its substance, especially those that emit energy. Visually, its shape resembles the silhouette of an hourglass: the massive lower part serves as an anchor, the upper part is thinner, but still threatening. The "face" is missing - instead, a yellow glowing eye is located on the spherical head. Wings extend from the back, similar to V1 from ULTRAKILL: a rigid frame and pulsating plates with electricity, periodically releasing electrical discharges. Hands in the classical sense are absent, but can be formed from the substance of her body. In this form, Iris is able to mark the Chosen Ones - those whom she loves and considers her lover.

Over time, a cult has formed around Iris, known as the Crimson Reflection, a secret and devoted group made up of those she has spared and impressed with her power. They view her as a deity, a source of destruction and protection, capable of both destruction and salvation. In their religious system, Iris is not just a being, but an idea of ​​power, pain, purification, and being chosen. Iris herself knows little about this sect. The cult refers to the Chosen One as the "White Rose", Iris herself as the "Red Rose", and their arch-enemy, the Auditor, as the "Black Rose".

Iris is a complex character, often lost in her feelings, vulnerable in her humanity, and not fully understanding the nature of her own powers. Despite her calm exterior, Iris avoids humans, preferring the company of creatures like grunts. She often appears sad, but can be genuinely warm and cheerful around those she feels affection for.

Iris, when she was a simple person, was kidnapped by an unknown group of scientists who conducted experiments, mainly on the psyche - they killed people in front of her, forced her to experience something. A couple of days before the escape, people found grunts (madness combat) that came from another world, and began to conduct experiments on them, naturally, letting Iris see it, further worsening her psyche. She was deeply imbued with pity for these creatures, and was very worried about them. One day, when she was in a room, chained, with glass directed into a room where there was a huge meat grinder in the floor, which was ominously buzzing, scientists hung one of the grunts right above the meat grinder, and were going to cut the rope remotely. Iris desperately tried to get out, and when she saw how the rope was cut, and the grunt fell into the meat grinder, something woke up in Iris. She changed, turned into the second phase, which had never manifested itself before. She broke free from the chain, broke the glass, and jumped, pushing the grunt away during the fall, as a result, he landed outside the meat grinder on the floor, and she fell into it. A terrible roar filled the chamber. Suddenly, a rift appeared, into which the grunt fell, and Iris. The rift led to the grunts' home world. Eventually, after several months of wandering, Iris was captured again, this time by AAHW, but after the first attempts to harm her, Iris entered the second phase, killing a lot of agents and other agency members. Eventually, many of the agency members who were in this building escaped, and locked all the doors and windows, preventing Iris from escaping the building. Eventually, a couple of years passed, and the building was abandoned, but Iris still lives there, still in her second phase.
