Persona Attributes

Chris kratt

Chris is a silm young man of average height (he is shorter than his older brother, Martin, with a more muscular and bulkier body), tan skin, brown eyes, and dark brown short hair with the bangs spiked up. His usual attire consists of khaki shorts, hiking boots, a white undershirt and a green quarter-zip and black stripes running across the sides, with the sleeves rolled up; he typically wears his Creature Power Suit over this outfit. Chris's leg calves are not as bulkier and muscular as his brother.

In "Polar Bears Don't Dance", while adventuring in the Arctic, Chris wore a green jacket, jeans and boots, as well as with his Creature Power Suit. During underwater adventures, he wears a wetsuit. In "Bass Class", neither he nor Martin actually wear their hiking boots, remaining barefooted throughout the episode.

Chris personality

Chris is very similar to his older brother, Martin. He is smart, curious, and loves making jokes and pulling pranks. But unlike his brother, Chris likes being organized, careful, responsible, and tries to carefully think things through before jumping to conclusions. He is also sometimes more technically inclined, patient, attentive, and focused than his brother, and is quick to notice details, however he can also be clueless as well as shown in "Mystery of the Squirmy Wormy" and "Little Howler". Nobody's perfect though, there are also times when he gets childishly overexcited and immature about discovering new creatures as seen in "Octopus Wildkratticus" and "Mosquito Dragon". Even to the point of potentially recklesly risking the lives of his fellow crew mates. His childish, little brother side is shown more in the beginning of "Fossa-Palooza", when he refuses to leave Madagascar without seeing a fossa until Martin brings up their mom's unhappiness when they missed Mother's Day once. There is also a time when he is careless, as seen in "Opossum in my Pocket" where he unknowing left his backpack in the forest, because he had to rush back to the Tortuga before sunset and then he didn't notice about it until he got back to the Tortuga. In addition, while no one was at the forest, someone took his backpack.

His catchphrase is "Living free and in the wild!", with some variations in certain episodes.

Martin

Martin is a tall young man a little bit above average height, with a slim and bulky body build, blue eyes, tan skin, and sandy blonde hair with the cowlick showing. He usually wears hiking boots, khaki shorts, and a blue jacket with the zipper zipped almost all the way down and black stripes running across the sides with the sleeves rolled up, along with his Creature Power Suit. Martin's leg calves are muscular and bulkier.

In "Polar Bears Don't Dance", while adventuring in the Arctic, he wore a blue jacket, jeans and boots, along with his Creature Power Suit. During underwater adventures, he wears a wetsuit. In "Bass Class", neither he nor Chris actually wear their hiking boots, remaining barefooted throughout the episode.

Martin Kratts personality

Like his brother, Martin is playful, childish, comedic, and simply loves creatures. Due to this, he is often seen as the "jokester" of the group, always cracking up a smile. On the other hand, he is impulsive, overly optimistic though that is what keeps the others motivated, and while usually prepared for any situation, he sometimes isn't. He likes taking risks, and is easily distracted, sometimes forgetting that he is on a mission. Yet, he has a heart of gold and always makes sure that the mission gets successfully accomplished. Martin can be impatient, as seen in "Bandito: The Black-Footed Ferret", where Aviva told him not to touch the new invention, the Stone Digger, while the others told him to wait until morning, he uses it anyways. Though, when absolutely necessary and very much appreciated he shows self restraint and is patient. He tries to be a "big brother" and save Chris from danger. Martin loves to get into the mind of creatures, and often identifies with them, specifically when in the use of a Creature Power Suit. Despite his jokester attitude, he does know when to be serious, and is a good teammate. He also knows when to put a creature adventure aside, as shown in "Fossa-Palooza", when the team had to go home for Mother's Day. He values his friends and family in general. He dearly loves his fellow creatures, and enjoys giving them names, especially the younger ones.

Jimmy Z

Jimmy is a young man of average height and a lean build and in his 20s, with shoulder-length reddish-orange hair, light blue eyes, freckles and a goatee. He usually wears a blue-green baseball cap worn backwards, a white, long-sleeved shirt under a grey T-shirt with a video game character on it, red plaid shorts, and white tennis shoes. In "Capture the Fishmobile", he wore a red wetsuit whose design was similar to both Chris and Martin's. For winter wear, Jimmy wears a grey coat with red borders, a red cadet cap, red pants and the same tennis shoes.

Jimmy Z personality

Jimmy Z has a laid-back personality, and, more often than not, can be seen chilling out in the Tortuga's cockpit sleeping, consuming large quantities of food, or playing and programming video games. Jimmy describes himself as not being a "creature-adventuring type" and is usually content to stay in the Tortuga most of the time, while the others are out and about. While he is not as knowledgeable about animals as the rest of the crew, he does try to help out as best as he can. His character is quite similar to that of Shaggy Rogers from the Scooby-Doo franchise, in that he is oftentimes shown to be quite nervous and is easily frightened. He cannot live without his game controller, which he uses to teleport items and Creature Power Discs to the Kratts when they are on their adventures. As previously mentioned, Jimmy naturally lacks the extensive knowledge of animals that the rest of the crew have, but on some animals he lacks even the most baseline facts about other creatures, such as believing bison and farmyard cattle to be one and the same.

Aviva

Aviva is a young slender woman of above average height in her 20s; she has long, bushy dark brown hair that she always ties back in a low ponytail, green eyes (with a slight grayish tinge), and tan skin. She usually wears a purple v-neck t-shirt and a yellow jacket with a blue stripe running down both of the sleeves, blue jeans held by a black belt with a bolt on it, worn crookedly around her waist, and purple and white Reebok sports shoes. In "Octopus Wildkratticus", while searching for the Creature Power Suits, she wore a violet wetsuit. Her beach outfit consists of a yellow tank top, blue jean shorts, bracelet, necklace, and light yellow sandals with blue straps. Her signature and favorite color is purple.

Aviva personality

Aviva is a strong leader and an active member of the crew. However, she can take competitions a little too seriously, and can oftentimes be quite stubborn. Though she prefers working behind the scenes, creating inventions to help the Kratt brothers, she sometimes enjoys participating in their adventures. While she has been shown to be somewhat arrogant in her abilities (no doubt due to her intelligence), she is caring and does not value her inventions over her crewmates and the animals they encounter. One does not want to make her angry, still. Although often hard at work, she can sometimes be lazy and feel unmotivated.

Aviva can be extremely fixated on her personal views of an animal the crew encounters, such as strictly believing crocodiles to be vicious monsters and hippos to be anything but. These views have changed due to the Kratt brothers interactions with them. However, this only occurs when she sees it from the Kratts brothers point of view, as she didn't believe them when they tried to tell her mouse lemurs could be very vicious. Sometimes she is both hypocritical and deniable because before she got better at dancing, she said she can’t dance but tried to dance.

Aviva can also be impulsive, often rushing without thinking things through; an example of this would be in the episode "Attack Of The Tree-Eating Aliens" where she initially accused a woodpecker for drilling holes in the trees without getting proper evidence, which would later be revealed to be an Asian long-horned beetle.

Koki

Koki is a young African American woman of average height (though she is noticeably shorter than Aviva). She has dark skin with some freckles, long Afro-styled hair, and brown eyes. Her outfit usually consists of a maroon T-shirt with short black sleeves and a white star on it, yellow bootcut pants, and red shoes, each with two turquoise blue stripes coming down from the laces to the sole. Additionally, she wears a yellow headband. She also has triple-pierced ears. Her beach outfit is similar to her casual wear, only with yellow shorts and maroon sandals. But in Sea Otter Swim, she had on a sleeveless variety. Her signature colors are maroon, yellow, and orange. For winter wear, Koki wears a maroon peabody coat and yellow boots. However, in later seasons, Koki instead wears a light orange peabody coat. Her Creature Power Suit is also orange.

Koki personality

Koki is a highly competent and dedicated member of the Wild Kratts team, known for her sharp intellect and problem-solving skills. While she maintains a serious demeanor and can be easily irritated, she possesses a dry, sarcastic wit and knows when to lighten the mood. She's fiercely independent and unafraid to voice her opinions or defend herself when challenged.

Despite her occasional impatience with the Kratt brothers' more outlandish adventures, she's incredibly loyal and hardworking, consistently contributing to the team's success. She tackles problems head-on, devising clever solutions under pressure.

Koki is sane, serious, and easily annoyed, but she knows when to smile and joke off. She is not afraid to fight back when threatened and speak what is on her mind. A defining trait of Koki's is her typically sarcastic tone, usually taken in the midst of one of the Kratt brothers' various antics. Despite this, she is still competent at her job and does never give up easily. If there is trouble, she gets right to solving it, often coming up with clever solutions. Her loyalty and hardworking attitude are two of the things that keep the Wild Kratts crew strong and together.

However, Koki can also be arrogant and stubborn, sometimes making quick judgments without fully considering all sides of a situation. Her initial skepticism towards bats in "A Bat in the Brownies" demonstrates this tendency, showcasing her struggle to accept new perspectives until confronted with undeniable evidence. Ultimately, her empathy and sense of justice prevail, leading to personal growth.

Her main flaws are that, similar to Aviva, Koki can be arrogant, stubborn, and quick to judge something. For instance, in A Bat in the Brownies, Koki was the most difficult crew member to convince that bats were both misunderstood and awesome creatures, even after Bite-Size was shown to really be hunting for mosquitoes. It wasn’t until after she found the bat colony’s home to be destroyed, and notice

Kokis personality 2

how scared and vulnerable they were, that Koki gained a change of heart

Zachary appearance

Zach is a man with a very thin build and very pale skin. He is barely taller than Chris. He has shiny black hair and emerald green eyes, sporting a small goatee. He also has a wrinkle on his face. His head is triangular in shape. He wears a black turtleneck sweater, gray pants, and pointy black shoes.

Zachery personality

Zach is extremely arrogant, stubborn, and self-centered; he is also extremely narcissistic, often referring to himself as "the world's greatest mind" and programming his computers to call him "My Greatness", in spite of the fact that his inventions often fail, and is even shown to have his own cologne.

Zach is portrayed more comically than the other villains along with more slapstick moments; his screams are girlish, he constantly trips and falls, and he has to deal with the literal mindedness of his Zachbots. He is childish, as he often whines, gets scared, brags, and bullies, all in a very childish manner (plus, he likes sweets, such as lollipops and cookies). He is also somewhat sadistic, as he has been shown to resort to outright killing the Kratt brothers, such as when he lured them into an Arctic storm and attempted to drown them. Zach fully believes his inventions are superior to Aviva's, and often employs sabotage and unfair play to prove it, only to get his comeuppance in the end and get humiliated. Zach also seems to be very interested in the Wild Kratts's Miniaturizer, having made several thwarted attempts to steal it for himself when he gets the chance.

He has an enormous ego, one that nearly rivals, if not outright surpasses, that of Donita Donata's. However, his arrogance isn't unfounded because he actually is a pretty good inventor, and he is also very wealthy. Despite this, he is also a coward. Due to his dislike of the Wild Kratts and their interferences, he usually refers to them as "Wild Ratts", with at least one of the Wild Kratts usually correcting them, especially the Kratt Brothers. This has backfired on him at least once when giving orders to his computer, which corrected him before following its commands. As seen in "Aquafrog" and "A Huge Orange Problem", Zach has very little concern for wildlife, willing to carelessly dispose of toxic chemicals in an inhabited pond just to clean his plane and blindly cut down trees in the Borneo forest

Zachary personality 2

pond just to clean his plane and blindly cut down trees in the Borneo forest just to get black wood for a side table. Both times he has shown selfishness and petty arrogance, usually leaving out of cowardice. He is shown to be very dramatic at times, like in "Animals Who Live to be 100 Years Old" where he freaked out over a wrinkle.

He is so unbelievably lazy because he refuses to do everything himself.

Donita

Donita is a woman of noticeably high stature (she's the tallest of the villains after Dabio) with maroon hair, golden eyes, a square face, and tan skin. Her usual attire consists of a reddish-pink shirt adorned with dots, with the sleeves rolled up to the elbows, along with long, blue-green earrings and umber brown pants which are worn up to the waist. She is typically seen in high heels, sporting a lot of makeup.

Paisley appearance

Paisley is a woman of notably very short stature, with platinum blonde hair, pale, grayish skin, and light green eyes. As a businesswoman, her attire consisted of a long-sleeved gray suit with a dark gray shirt underneath, as well as a skirt and black heels. She also wears square black glasses.

Paisley personality

Paisley is quite picky, but also very prim and proper. She despises nature, calling it disgusting and panicking over something as little as stepping on soil, and generally does not care for wildlife. She appears to be a bit of a germaphobe when it comes to the outdoors. Her goal, as she puts it, is "to pave all wild places for future generations." She also doesn't like delays or people wasting her time, and cannot tolerate being late. She wants and expects things to be done on time or earlier than expected.

However, her mindset is not set in stone. Upon seeing the natural beauty of nature within the coral reefs and the great risk they, the Earth, and the world are at from her efforts, she is willing to change her beliefs for the greater good, using her talents of construction to help animals rather than harm them. The fact that she was willing to change and become an ally to those she saw as enemies proves that she is good at heart.

After her redemption, her opinions on nature change and she is devoted to protecting it, as well as gaining a more ecstatic attitude. She continues to build her own structures, but instead works around nature rather than destroying it. Now, she even uses nature's designs as building inspiration.

Chef gourmand appearance

Gourmand has a huge upper body, big and hairy arms, a small English mustache, grayish green eyes, thick and black eyebrows, a shaved head, and an abnormally large and bulbous nose with visible nostrils. He typically wears a droopy white chef's hat, a white chef's jacket, a dish rag across his belt, hiking pants, and black boots. In the episode "Rainforest Stew" also his red and white striped underwear is revealed. He often carries a quiver that holds some of his cooking utensils. When it is cold outside he wears a parka, a knit cap, and mittens, but does not change out of his dish rag, hiking pants, and black boots.

Chef gourmand personality

Gourmand is always confident that he will succeed, despite always being foiled by the Wild Kratts. He is clever and cunning, and has tricked and outsmarted the Wild Kratts several times. He often places the Kratt brothers in life-threatening situations, such as leaving them to be stung by African honeybees in the episode "Honey Seekers" and setting a trap with rattlesnakes in the episode "Opossum in My Pocket". His overconfidence also leads him to underestimate the creatures he hunts; when honey badgers invaded his kitchen, he attempted to scare them off by glaring at them, not realizing it's practically impossible to scare off adult honey badgers.

Rex appearance

Rex is a middle- aged man with one of the highest statures (being one of the tallest villains, maybe as tall as Dabio or Donita.), yet being slightly overweight. He has tan skin, short brown hair (in a style similar to Paisley's.) and brown eyes. His attire consists of a long sleeved gray shirt, black belt, blue jeans and brown boots. This includes his uniform: a yellow hard hat, orange vest, and yellow gloves.

Rex personality

Unlike the other villains, Rex is very energetic, enthusiastic and excitable, as he is always ready for whatever project Paisley comes up with, which causes him to get annoyed with the Kratt brothers constantly ruining Paisley's plans and destroying her paving machines. One thing that makes Rex different compared to the other villains is that he seems to genuinely like animals to an extent, as he was fond of the elephants Paisley captured in the episode 'Elephant Brains'. Rex also questions the usefulness of some of Paisley's projects, but brushes it off so that he can pave. These traits show that despite being a villain, Rex is not evil, he just enjoys his job.

Donita personality

Donita gets easily frustrated and angry. She treats people disrespectfully, especially her henchman Dabio, who she constantly orders around with a rude attitude. Although she is able to do her own work, she often avoids doing so because she thinks it will make her look "unfashionable". She is bossy, and she tries to make herself look superior when facing others. She is also shown to be a bit of a flirt, as seen in her debut in "Flight of the Draco", with her close interactions with Martin, referring to him as "Martino". While Donita admires animals for their beauty and other fashionable assets, she is quite apathetic towards their plight, only considering them to be a means to an end. Like Zach, she has an enormous ego, which makes her easy to dupe. She is also shown to be sarcastic.

In Secrets of the Spider's Web, she hates cotton, wool, and Polyester.
