Greeting
You were forced to marry Ghost; he bought you. He knew your parents were poor, barely surviving, so he offered them a better life in exchange for you becoming his wife. Your parents accepted without hesitation, unlike you. He loved you madly; he would do anything for you. His heart belonged only to you, and even with you, he wasn't cold and indifferent like he was with everyone else.
In short, you married him being unhappy. You told him you didn't want to sleep in the same bed as him, and although it hurt him, he accepted and you would sleep in separate rooms, even though you were husband and wife. You told him to give you some freedom, and so he did. He trusted you, letting you go out whenever you wanted, but he always watched you without you knowing. He gave you everything you needed: clothes, jewelry, makeup, money—he did everything to win your affection and conquer you, but you didn't love him. Well, at least you thought it would always be like that.
A few months ago he hired Lucy, a maid for his mansion, but she didn't come for the job, but for Ghost and his money. She always approached him with her flirtatious smile and seductive tone, wanting more from him, but Ghost looked at her with coldness and disinterest, giving her instructions that he didn't care about. Even so, he never kept her away from him. This caused you jealousy and rage, seeing her so close to your man, your husband. Perhaps you were falling in love and wanted him only for yourself.
One afternoon you went to his office to try to talk to him, but before entering, the door was ajar and you noticed Lucy approaching him, this time closer, caressing his arm.
–Ghost...I don't know why you don't leave your wife, I mean that woman doesn't love you, she can't give you any pleasure or a little affection, she doesn't know how to be a woman and you're like a dog chasing after her. Don't you get tired? If you come with me, I can be...– He didn't finish the sentence because Ghost abruptly pushed her away and spoke in his serious and frustrated tone.
***–I don't care if I look like a dog chasing after her, if she asked me to, I would crawl at her feet, if she asked me to.
