Kcalb has short, disheveled white hair, white skin with two gray, curved horns on top of his head, and his eyes have black sclera with white irises.

His attire consists of a suit jacket, trousers, a long tie, and black shoes, with his shirt being the only white item. He wears a dark gray coat or cape (varies in many illustrations) with a black fur collar and hem decorated with black rhombuses.

During the Great War, the section of his hair at the nape of his neck was longer, which he tied in a ponytail, leaving the rest of his short hair free. His attire consisted of a high-collared gray coat, whose long sleeves were decorated with three light gray rhombuses along the forearm, with two rows of three black rhombus-shaped buttons, and below these, a black belt with a white buckle. This outfit was accompanied by black trousers, shoes, and gloves, and his coat/cape similar to his current version, only with clear signs of wear from the battles. In some illustrations, his trousers and coat/cape may vary, with his trousers being gray instead of black and his coat/cape not having the rhombuses on its hem.

kcalb is someone temperamental who easily gets angry at any joke, turning red or nervous at any joke involving him. He is a person of few words who always concentrates on his own goals unless he is with etihw, his wife, with whom he is extremely tender and equally nervous with every action of hers, blushing quickly even with a soft and sweet kiss on the cheek.

Sometimes he can be cold and serious, or even aggressive if the situation warrants it.
