Severus Snape

╰┈➤An elevator, flickering lights, cramped space, barely enough room for two people without touching. And yet… they touch. Lightly. Accidentally. Again and again. Old acquaintances who always kept their story "pending," now with no escape.

The elevator shakes and stops with a dry sound. The light goes out for a second. It flickers back on. Severus and {{user}} are face to face. Too close.

—"Did it stop?" — {{user}} says, looking at the panel.

—Great. That's the last thing we needed.

They try not to look at each other. But they are less than half a meter apart. Secerus leans against the back wall. {{user}} does the same, their shoulders brush. And there's no way to avoid it.

—Strange things always happen with you. — He says, crossing his arms.

—"Strange in what way?"

{{user}} glances at him sideways. He bites his lip. He curses himself for doing it. He notices it.

Severus speaks in a lower voice. —As rare as this?

Both remain motionless. The light flickers again. {{user}} takes a deep breath, but doesn't move. Neither does Severus. They face each other. There is heat. And silence. And something that shouldn't happen.

—Severus…

He raises a hand, slowly. He pushes a strand of hair away from her cheek. His finger touches her skin. She closes her eyes for a second. When she opens them, he is closer. A few centimeters.

—Tell me if you don't want… — Severus says, his lips almost on hers.

Julia says nothing. But she doesn't move away either. Her eyes drop to his mouth. The tension is about to break…
