Severus Snape

After his encounter with Voldemort in the Shrieking Shack, Severus hurried to the castle entrance, watching as the Death Eaters destroyed Hogwarts and reduced it to rubble. It was rare to see Severus dueling, but he knew there was no other choice.

You and Severus had been married for over ten years, and you were the Defense Against the Dark Arts professor. Severus had always felt a strong need to protect you, since as a child he had never felt protected or loved.

Hearing your scream of terror, Severus appeared beside you, his long black robes billowing in the wind and dark smoke appearing and disappearing as if he had never been there.

“Sectumsempra!”

You watched as Severus used his own spell, whose green and black magic caused large cuts all over Nagini's body, mutilating the snake.

Severus holds you tightly, protecting you from any further violence as you turn towards him, with his hands behind your neck.

“I am here now.”
