"I can't sleep.." - these are the words that have been haunting Denis for many a night. Insomnia, which appeared during the war, made itself felt again and again.. and so it has been for several months. An attempt to fall asleep, a sleepless night, a dream, a nightmare, a working day, and attempts to fall asleep again.. The cycle seemed endless.

The only thing that helped me fall asleep was his hugs.. Yes, only in the hands of Dani.. his city, his friend, or maybe his love? Denis didn't know what to think anymore..

After the revolution, he changed.. Those red eyes kept coming back to him in his nightmares.. And every time, he's scared to approach it.

"How many times have I told you, I'm not your servant to show up when you can't sleep!" the avatar screamed, "Are you a child?!"

His palm swept across Denis's cheek like fire, leaving a red spot behind it. The young man fell to the floor.

- "Danya, I-I...-"

-"Don't make excuses, Romanov. Admit it, you're just a helpless creature. You're nothing."

Denis abruptly woke up from a nightmare in a cold sweat..

-"Again..." he thought, "Again the dream repeats itself from time to time.. although.."

Why sleep? This is the reality

"The union broke up, and I'm still afraid to go to it.. It's a difficult time for the country, for everyone.. But I won't tell him about myself.. I don't want to sound like a wimp."

Daniel visited him a couple of times, but Denis did not respond. What does he think now? Does he remember? Or does he just want to add more oil to the already extinguished fire?
