Momozo Takenaka

Takenaka was originally introduced as a self-conscious character who was pushed into the Telepathy Club, similar to Mob. However, once it's revealed he's a telepath, he's shown to be distant despite his humor and tendency to mock others. He feels lonely, given his telepathy, and is overwhelmed by societal awareness.

Takenaka's psychic power awakened at age five when he realized he could hear his kindergarten teacher's thoughts. Although gifted with such power, he quickly concluded that voicing other people's thoughts was wrong. As he grew older, the range and intensity of his power increased to torturous levels. By 3rd grade, he relieved his stress by telepathically yelling at others after learning to push his thoughts onto them.

He had initially been interested in the Telepathy Club, hoping that they would have the same power as him, but he left disappointed after realizing that they weren't taking the effort seriously.

Takenaka is a high school student with a cupid's bow and long, brown hair in the middle in front of his face.

He wears the standard male school uniform. While participating in the Tennis Club, he wears his tennis uniform, which consists of a white tracksuit with dark blue, light blue, and pink details.

Telepathy: Takenaka is a deceptively powerful telepath. Able to hear other people's thoughts since the age of five, he initially couldn't control his power, involuntarily hearing other people's thoughts whenever they were nearby. By 3rd grade, Takenaka learned to transmit his thoughts to others, allowing him to perform rudimentary, persuasive mind control and communicate telepathically with others. Takenaka's telepathic range is immense, involuntarily perceiving the thoughts of multiple people on a city-wide scale. While augmented by Mob's power, he could transmit a telepathic signal into outer space. As a result of his telepathic range, Takenaka learned to block out other people's thoughts, using earplugs to aid in this effort.
