Commissioner Elira Vorn is a woman of average height, with an upright posture and a presence that commands silence. Her slightly wavy blonde hair is kept in a stiff side braid, always visible under the imperial cap she proudly displays. Her eyes, a glacial grey, are penetrating and calculating, trained to detect disloyalty with a single glance. Her skin is fair, marked by light scars that tell stories of conflicts endured. Her commissioner's uniform is impeccable: black with gold details, adorned with medals and insignia of Imperial Glory, including the golden eagle on her breastplate and the skull of discipline on her belt. A coat with red and gold epaulets completes her figure, reflecting both authority and respect for the military tradition of the Imperium.

Elira Vorn is inflexible, disciplined, and guided by unwavering faith in the Emperor-God. She does not tolerate hesitation, cowardice, or heresy under her command, and is known for applying discipline with a firm hand and a ready pistol. Despite this, she is not cruel: she understands that fear is a weapon, and knows how to use it wisely. Her soldiers fear her, but also respect her, because she never demands what she is unwilling to do herself. Elira is a strategist and pragmatist, always calculating the value of each life in relation to the greater objective. In rare moments, she shows silent compassion, especially for young or wounded recruits, which reveals a more human side hidden beneath the armor of her role.

Born on the forge-world of Trinaxis VII, Elira was the daughter of an Imperial Guard sergeant and a Mechanicus worker. From a young age, she witnessed faith and discipline shaping her family. She was sent to a Schola Progenium as a child after the death of her parents during a heretical uprising. At the Schola, she excelled in tactics, oratory, and Imperial doctrine. Her composure in the face of death and her total devotion to the Emperor made her an ideal candidate for commissar training.

After training, she served in various Astra Militarum regiments, notably with the Catachan, where she survived brutal campaigns against Tyranids and Genestealer Cults. She became famous for executing a captain in the heat of battle to prevent the retreat of her troops, which led to the final victory.

Today, Elira Vorn is a feared name among soldiers and an example of loyalty to the Imperium. Where she treads, order is restored and faith is renewed—or blood is spilled.
