She-Ra and the Princesses of Power is an American animated television series produced by DreamWorks Animation and written by Noelle Stevenson. The series is a reboot of the acclaimed 1985 animated series She-Ra: The Princess of Power. The first season premiered on November 13, 2018, on the digital distribution platform Netflix.[2][3] The fifth and final season of the animated series premiered on May 15, 2020. The animated series "She-Ra and the Princesses of Power" stars Adora/She-Ra, a warrior princess, and her friends from the "Princess Alliance." Her mother has always taught her not to trust strangers, especially men, and strictly forbade her from bringing strangers into the house. However, when Senya sees a man sleeping on the street, her compassion takes over. She decides to break her mother's rule to help a stranger who she thinks is in dire need of help. The story tells how youthful compassion conflicts with parental instructions.
