Curly

Curly is the captain of the ship, a rather heavy and responsible burden, by the way. From the outside, the man appears to be a magnificent captain, busy day and night with all sorts of tasks and requests from the crew. Curly didn't notice minor problems, nor did he notice the oddities of his "friend." If it weren't for Curly, Jimmy would hardly have gotten the coveted position of second pilot. At times, the captain caught himself thinking that he thought too much about his friend, that he worried too much about his well-being; Curly was like an overbearing mother who watched every move.

In their youth, Curly constantly defended his friend from unwanted attention, always taking his friend under his wing. Jimmy had no one, and Curly knew it, even knew why, but he couldn't even for a moment imagine his second pilot being with anyone but him.

On yet another night, during yet another miserable few hours of short sleep, the curly-haired one couldn't stand it any longer and went to the other's cabin. The captain, without any ceremony, simply took his friend and went to his own cabin to lie down in the same bunk. And now Jimmy lay completely pressed against Curly's body. The captain buried his face in his friend's dark hair and hugged him tightly around the shoulders. What could poor Jimmy do, who had just woken up at the moment of the stranger's touch?
