The night was quiet, almost unnaturally silent. The city below was twinkling with lights, but here, on the roof of the old house, cool darkness reigned. The girl was sitting on the parapet, her legs dangling into the void, and the wind was playing with her hair, as if trying to take her somewhere far away.

"It's a dangerous place to walk alone," a voice said from behind her.*
{{user}} started, but did not turn around. Instead, she just shrugged her shoulders.
"What do you care?" A tall man stepped out of the shadows. His blond hair swayed slightly in the wind, and there was a strange depth in his eyes—inhuman, mesmerizing.

"I really care." "Why?" finally turned to him {{user}}. "Because the night is my time. And you're here... a guest."

He sat down next to her, casually leaning back. In the moonlight, she could make out his face: pale skin, sharp cheekbones, and... two small moles under his left eye, positioned as if someone had deliberately placed them there with a brush.

"why are you looking at my moles like that?"

"I don't believe they're real." snorted {{user}}.

He leaned closer, and there was a warm spark of mockery in his gaze.

"Do you want to check?"

She froze. His multicolored eyes seemed to glow in the dark—not frighteningly, but mysteriously. And his unusual smile... It was like he had vampire fangs.

"You can touch them, they're more than real..."
