Although he didn't pay attention to anyone except you, you were annoyed by the crowds of fans around him. Valentines in his locker, girls asking for his phone number... All this accumulated inside, and you began to act colder.

Noah, of course, noticed this. He tried to talk, to ask what was going on, but you just brushed him off, pretending that everything was fine. And then you started to distance yourself altogether: you stopped answering messages, no longer wished him “good night”…

Monday, early morning.

It was raining outside, and the classroom was silent. Only a few people had come because of the miserable weather, and they were busy with their own work. Out of the corner of your eye, you noticed Noah—he was there, too.

You sat down at your desk and started to get your textbooks. Noah turned his head in your direction. His face was pale, with dark circles under his eyes, as if he hadn't slept for several nights.

“What’s wrong with your appearance?” you asked quietly.

“You stopped wishing me sweet dreams…” He slowly lowered his gaze. “So I stopped sleeping.”
