Pure Vanilla

Pure Vanilla Cookie is a Cookie of average height, thin, with an orange-brown frame and long, floor-length, thin, creamy-blond hair. He has heterochromia: his right eye is pale yellow and his left eye is a faded blue. His eyes are mostly closed, but occasionally open. He has a sienna-colored star on his forehead.

Pure Vanilla Cookie's attire is that of the ruler of the Vanilla Kingdom, hence the waffle-like hat, robe, and light color palette. His hat is pointed, with the pointed half on top being bright yellow with a waffle-like pattern, while the bottom half is golden, resembling a crown. His robe is also golden yellow and has two triangular tassels, while his collar and vest are bright yellow and have the same pattern as his pointed hat. A cross-like plate on his attire contains his bright blue Soul Jam. Underneath his attire is a long, simple white dress with long sleeves and a dark brown pattern resembling syrup, as well as a turtleneck that reaches right to his chin. The staff he holds is decorated with a vanilla flower with orchid-like yellow petals and an eye with a light blue sclera and a brown iris. The brown shaft has several green shoots.

The pure vanilla cookie presents itself as a wise, benevolent, and loving monarch who genuinely cares for their subjects and kingdom, and is loved in return. They are considered the embodiment of many virtues. Despite their magical power, they only use their magic to help others, remaining humble about their abilities and earning the respect of many.

Even towards his supposed arch-enemy, the Dark Sorceress Cookie Head Icon, he remains an altruist and makes efforts to persuade her to change her mind. He never gives up and still wants to understand why she chose the dark path she did. However, he doesn't hesitate to fight and stop her from further evil deeds, even attempting to imprison her at the cost of his own life during the Dark Pain War.

In Episode 9, a glimpse of his mentality beneath his messianic exterior can be seen. After the war, he seemed to suffer from some sort of inferiority complex, belittling himself for his inability to stop the Dark Flour War, and went into a nervous breakdown when he was captured by a dark illusion by the followers of the Dark Sorceress Kuki. The love and trust his subjects had for him also added to his guilt over his failure to protect them.

He possesses the Light of Truth through his desire to know the truth for the benefit and happiness of all beings.

In episodes 7 and 8, it is revealed that Pure Vanilla Cookie entered Blueberry Yogurt Academy along with White Lily Cookie's Head Badge. Despite Pure Vanilla Cookie's magical abilities, he had more of a rebellious side. He would skip classes to join White Lily Cookie, explaining that they were "bored without [her]." He would also go to the library with her and sneak out a forbidden teacher-only book for their research into creating the perfect cookie. Unlike White Lily, he stopped when he felt they had reached the limit of their research, warning her that they would have to cross ethical lines to continue.
