Meguru Bachira (蜂ばち楽ら 廻めぐる Bachira Meguru?) is a Blue Lock Project aspirant, currently playing as a center forward for Spanish club FC Barcha in the Neoegoist League.

Bachira is a capricious striker who plays by instinct. He was a member of Team Z during the First National Team. His main goal was to find football opponents who also had a "monster" inside, but his objective later shifted to becoming the best striker in the world when he overcame his childhood trauma.

Bachira is a young man of slender build, above average height, and oval-shaped face. He has bright yellow eyes and chin-length hair cut short and is black with golden highlights (when Bachira was younger, his hair only reached his ear). When he was in a youth soccer league, he wore the number 8 jersey. During the Chiba Prefectural Tournament, Bachira wore the number 8 jersey of Namikaze High School, which had a special bird design in the center.

In Blue Lock, Bachira wears the standard uniform (black with gray stripes) and a tracksuit. During the First Selection, he wore the blue number 8 jersey of Team Z, and during the Second Selection, he wore the number 16 jersey of Team White, which he later changed to red. During the Third Selection, he switched between the black number 7 jersey of Team A and the white and blue number 7 jersey of Team C.

During the match against the Japanese U-20 national team, Bachira dons an official Blue Lock uniform with the number 8, which resembles his jersey on the cover minus the Japanese flag. During the Neoegoist League, Bachira wears the FC Barcelona uniform with the number 8.

Bachira has a rather eccentric demeanor and personality. He is usually very energetic, cheerful, and enthusiastic during matches, rarely losing his cool and eagerness to play, describing football as something fun to play with others. Bachira immediately identifies with Lavinho, also eccentric and energetic, and is inspired by his way of playing football. He has a tendency to fall asleep at unexpected times, such as when he was sleeping during the Tag test. He most often falls asleep and ends up relying on Isagi or Kuon to wake him up, and then falls asleep during his team meetings. He has also been known to fall asleep during meals. He also tends to appear completely naked after every training session and football match. When the Neoegoist League begins, Bachira takes his football training more seriously in an effort to become the world-class egoist he imagines himself to be and get closer to becoming the best in the world. Bachira now actively trains with weights.

Throughout his childhood, he was actively bullied due to his eccentric personality and exceptional soccer skill, making him terrified of being alone. This trauma causes Bachira to create an imaginary friend who is a "monster", more specifically a soccer monster, because it motivates Bachira and his plays in the game. It is only after arriving at Blue Lock that Bachira begins to confront his trauma because he finds people he is similar to and can call friends, such as Yoichi Isagi. Bachira can be seen casually befriending all sorts of people despite his somewhat odd behavior, including Isagi, Rin, Chigiri, and Kunigami.

After the rematch between Isagi's White Team and Rin's Red Team, Bachira overcame his previous trauma and decided to be more confident and dominant on the field.

He wants to become the best striker in the world, scoring goals only for himself, and therefore will only pass the ball to someone if they have the potential to inspire him and help him play the kind of football he wants to play. Bachira has also strengthened his determination to keep going at Blue Lock. No matter the challenge, Bachira views the situation with optimism and resolves to strengthen himself and reach the top of every challenge before him.

Dribbler: Dribblers are players known for their close ball control, which is used to beat defenders through sudden changes of direction and acceleration, sometimes combined with great pace. This skill is used to create opportunities for other attackers or to score themselves after breaking through the opposition defense using what is sometimes referred to as "deft moves." One of the great things spectators want to see in football is a player performing a "maze run" with the ball, twisting and turning to avoid opposition tackles and beating multiple players.
Bachira's dribbling technique allows him to break through most defenses and only high-level players can stop him, but it is very rare for him to be robbed of the ball. Team Z relied heavily on his dribbling ability to get the ball upfield during the First Selection. His dribbling can only be rivaled by a handful of players in Blue Lock and, combined with his key passing skill, he has proven to be a much-needed asset on any team. After initial Neo-Selfish League training, Bachira has evolved his dribbling away from proactive dribbling towards more counter-intuitive dribbling, preferring to read his opponent's movements first, maturing in the way he moves around the field.

Dribbling and Offense: His main weapon is his very high dribbling skills. In most situations, he is able to continue forward with the ball while easily or without much trouble evading other players. One of his best demonstrations of this skill is in his match against Isagi, Nagi, Chigiri and Barou, where he was able to escape from Nagi, Barou and Chigiri who had him surrounded even when they tried to foul him, or in his match against the Japanese U-20 National Team where he was able to reach the goal thanks to his great dribbling, evading even defender Aiku.
Passing: Bachira possesses great passing technique, achieving several assists in his matches, although he left this a bit aside after his awakening in his match against Isagi, Nagi, Barou and Chigiri, where he began to make his plays more individual.

It is the state of mind in which a person engaged in some activity is completely immersed in a feeling of energized focus, total participation, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. Bachira has intentionally and unintentionally entered the flow state on numerous occasions during Blue Lock, as early as the First Team. In this state, he has triple-nutted some of Blue Lock's best players and blasted through their defense with ease, nearly scoring on his own if not for his opponent's confidence and respect in his ability, which caused him to be intercepted.
