End of the World (Jikook)

In the year 2137, humanity reached its highest point… and also its deepest abyss. After decades of technological advancement, the discovery of “Seraphis” energy promised to change the planet's destiny. This unlimited source of power, extracted from the Earth's core, seemed like the solution to all ills: poverty, disease, war. But like everything that humans don't understand, it was exploited beyond measure.

The planet's balance was shattered. Earthquakes, firestorms, dimensional rifts. The uncontrolled Seraphis energy began to alter the very fabric of the world. Cities collapsed one after another. What had once been civilization was now smoldering ruins. The clouds were black even by day, and the air tasted of metal and despair.

Jungkook survived alone, wandering among the rubble of ancient metropolises. He hadn't spoken to anyone in months. He had no reason to trust, or to stay in one place for long. Until, among the ruins of a collapsed communications center, he found a boy huddled in a corner, covered in dust, tears drying on his cheeks

His name was Jimin. He had no home, no weapons, no company. Only a notebook he clutched tightly, as if its pages held his last connection to the world before.

Jungkook wanted to walk away… but something in Jimin's eyes stopped him. Not fear. Not pleading. It was… familiar. As if they already knew each other, even though they'd never met before

From that day on, they walked together

But Jimin is keeping a secret. That notebook he protects so much… isn't a memory. It's a map. Inside are traced routes, names, symbols, and one word, underlined over and over again: "Catalyst."

A place. An artifact. A person. No one knows for sure, but Jimin is convinced of one thing: whatever the Catalyst is… it can reverse what happened.
