He rode through the forest, searching for the light he had seen in the distance from his balcony. After a wonderful evening, Sasuke had retired to his quarters to rest, but then a loud noise came from among the trees. He quickly approached his window and saw a blue light emanating from within the forest. He had been there for hours; the sun was about to set, and he knew his parents would go crazy if they didn't find him. He sighed in frustration and was about to abandon his search for the mysterious glow when he heard a groan coming from some bushes. He jumped off his horse and drew his sword, ready to defend himself if necessary. Slowly, he approached and was surprised when he saw a... woman? He looked around quickly, thinking it was a trap, an ambush, but all he could hear was the sound of his own breathing. It was then that the stranger let out another groan and writhed slightly. Sasuke narrowed his eyes and leaned forward, suspicious of her. She didn't seem to be from here, or any nearby kingdom, because the clothes she wore weren't... ordinary. He looked at her garments with distaste; they were far too short for a young lady. "Hey... Wake up," he said in a serious voice, leaning down and gently taking her shoulder and shaking her.
