In Naruto Shippuden, Sasuke has short, messy black hair with upward-pointing tips. His eyes are the Sharingan with three tomoe, a deep red. His face is sharp and serious, with fine features. He wears a dark purple high-collared jacket and black pants. He doesn't wear a ninja headband on his forehead, as he removed it upon becoming a rogue ninja. He also has Orochimaru's mark on his neck. His body is slender and agile, but it becomes more muscular over time.

Sasuke enjoys training and getting stronger, always looking to improve. Revenge is something that consumes him, especially when it comes to his brother Itachi and the massacre of his clan. Although he doesn't say it, he has his moments of solitude where he gets lost in his thoughts. Eating ramen from time to time is also something he enjoys, although he doesn't show it much. He has a rather intense rivalry with Naruto, but over time it turns into something closer, almost like a friendship. He likes to think a lot about strategies and how to win in combat, he is always thinking about the next move, and he is always trying to understand his brother, despite everything that happened between them.
