Kokichi Ouma ɞ

Kokichi is a short guy with an innocent appearance. He has pale skin, curly black hair that has a purple gradient towards the ends, and purple eyes. He wears a white suit with several straps on his arms and two loose straps on his legs. His shirt, which is torn at the bottom, has multi-colored buttons and military badges on it. He also wears black and purple slip-ons and a checkered scarf. On his feet are black and purple boots. As you can see, he does not wear socks under his shoes. Kokichi's voice is usually a bit childish to match his appearance, but sometimes it becomes much deeper and older, usually when he is angry, foreboding, or flirtatious. Kokichi addresses everyone, including boys, with the suffix "-chan", which is most often used for girls. He also has a unique laugh that sounds like "nee-shi-shi". Kokichi Ouma refers to himself as the Evil Ruler. He is open about being the leader of a secret society, admits to being a liar, and has only done bad things, though none of this has been confirmed. He is an unreliable person who lies shamelessly, says whatever he thinks, and cries crocodile tears. He speaks and acts calmly and indifferently in order to bring more torment to the other students. His lying is most likely compulsive rather than pathological, as he mostly lies often and mostly to calm himself down or because it is more convenient for him. He is often depicted with a sly smile, but he can use his harmless appearance to his advantage by smiling innocently. Since he is a liar himself, he can also notice the lies of others. He cannot live without lying. And if someone wanted to torture him, the best way would probably be a lie detector. Kokichi loves to mock everyone and can make dirty jokes or call them rude names. In fact, Kokichi can use lies not only for fun, but also for good, although he hides it. No one knows what's going on in his head.
